InterContinental Buenos Aires Named One of the Top City Hotels in Central and South America in the Travel + Leisure 2012 World's Best Awards

Iconic Buenos Aires hotel recognized on prestigious list voted by readers

BUENOS AIRES – InterContinental Buenos Aires is pleased to announce its inclusion on the Travel + Leisure 2012 World’s Best Awards list of Top City Hotels in Central and South America. The hotel—located in the historic city of Buenos Aires—is ranked No. 5 among City Hotels in Central and South America. Every year, Travel + Leisure readers vote on their favorite hotels, resorts, spas, airlines, tour operators, and more in their annual World’s Best Awards survey, and the inclusion of this hotel is a testament to how well it serves the cultured traveler.

The InterContinental Buenos Aires is situated in the heart of the city’s historic district. This well appointed 1930s-style hotel is a sumptuous tribute to the beauty of Argentina.
