Our business model focuses on managing and franchising hotels, whilst our business partners own the bricks and mortar.

IHG’s strategy is focused on increasing the number of franchised and managed hotels we have. Our hotel development pipeline is the industry's largest, with 1,261 hotels (200,768 rooms).
