  • Global Finance
    Responsible for planning and commercial finance, strategy and corporate development, investor relations, hotel business support, procurement, financial reporting and control.
  • Global Sales and Marketing
    Responsible for brand management, our reservation channels, loyalty marketing programmes and global sales strategy, and for using our scale to drive revenue for the business.
  • Global Human Resources
    Responsible for the development and implementation of company-wide HR strategies, programmes, systems and policies which are designed to attract the best people to join and stay with IHG.
    Focus is on leadership development, talent and career management, reward and recognition, performance management and employee communications and engagement.
  • Global Technology
    Responsible for guiding enterprise technical direction and strategy in support of business objectives, delivery and enhancement of core revenue-generating and user-facing systems, and integration of property technologies, with additional focus on financial, corporate and human resources applications.
