David Webster** – Non-Executive Chairman
Appointed to the Board of IHG in 2003 and Non-Executive Chairman in January 2004, David Webster is Chairman of IHG's Nomination Committee. He is also Non-Executive Chairman of Makinson Cowell Limited, Director of Temple Bar Investment Trust PLC and Non-Executive Director of Amadeus IT Holding SA. Previously, he was Chairman of Safeway plc.
Andrew Cosslett* – Chief Executive
Andrew Cosslett has been Chief Executive of IHG since February 2005. He is on the Executive Committee of the World Travel & Tourism Council and the President's Committee of the CBI. Previously, he was President, Europe, Middle East and Africa of Cadbury Schweppes plc.

Richard Solomons* – Chief Financial Officer and Head of Commercial Development
A member of the IHG Board, Richard leads the Global Finance organisation for the Group and reports directly to the Chief Executive, Andrew Cosslett. He is responsible for corporate and regional finance, Group financial control, strategy, investor relations, tax, treasury, commercial development and procurement.
Jim Abrahamson* – President, The Americas
A member of the IHG Board, Jim is President, the Americas, for IHG and reports directly to the Chief Executive, Andrew Cosslett. He is responsible for the business development and performance of all hotel brands and properties in the Americas region.
Kirk Kinsell* – President, EMEA
A member of the IHG Board, Kirk is President of the Europe, Middle East and Africa region (EMEA) and reports directly to the Chief Executive, Andrew Cosslett. He is responsible for the business development and performance of all the hotel brands and properties in the EMEA region.
Graham Allan^ – Non-Executive Director
Appointed Non-Executive Director of IHG in January 2010, Graham Allan is President of Yum! Restaurants International (“YRI”), a subsidiary of Yum! Brands, Inc. Previously, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of YRI.
David Kappler† – Non-Executive Director
Appointed senior independent Non-Executive Director of IHG in June 2004, David Kappler is Chairman of IHG's Audit Committee. He is also Non-Executive Chairman of Premier Foods plc and a Non-Executive Director of Shire plc. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer of Cadbury Schweppes plc.
Ralph Kugler° – Non-Executive Director
Appointed Non-Executive Director of IHG in April 2003, Ralph Kugler is Chairman of IHG's Remuneration Committee. He is also Non-Executive Director of Discovery Group Holdings Ltd, Chairman of Byotrol plc and a Senior Advisor to 3i plc. Jennifer Laing# – Non-Executive Director
Appointed Non-Executive Director of IHG in August 2005, Jennifer Laing is Chairman of the Corporate Responsibility Committee. She is also a Non-Executive Director of Hudson Highland Group Inc. Previously, she was CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi, North America and Associate Dean, External Relations at London Business School.
Jonathan Linen‡ – Non-Executive Director
Appointed Non-Executive Director of IHG in December 2005, Jonathan Linen is a Non-Executive Director of Yum! Brands, Inc. and of Modern Bank, N.A., and an advisor to the Chairman of the American Express Company. Previously, he was Vice Chairman of American Express Company.
Ying Yeh‡ – Non-Executive Director
Appointed Non-Executive Director of IHG in December 2007, Ying Yeh is also Vice President and Chairman, Greater China Region of Nalco Company and a Non-Executive Director of AB Volvo. Previously, she was Chairman and President, North Asia Region, President, Business Development, Asia Pacific Region and Vice President of Eastman Kodak Company.
