We are delighted that you are interested in staying in one of our hotels for the purposes of covering it in your publication/website/channel. As one of the largest hotel companies in the world we have hotels in most places and hopefully a brand that will suit your audience.

The following form has been designed to make it easier for you to organise your stay in one of our hotels. We want to minimise the amount of emails/phone calls you have to make to ensure your stay with us is exactly what you need. By giving us all of the information we need in one easy-to-follow form we will be able to get back to you within three working days of your request.

IHG can offer journalists either complimentary hotel accommodation, or a special media rate. This will be dependent on room availability, seasonality, reason for the trip, the number of rooms and nights being requested. Complimentary arrangements and media rates are offered at the discretion of IHG. Please provide as much detail as possible in this form.

Please note that we usually require a minimum of seven working days notice to facilitate media requests.
