Kenneth Macpherson – Chief Executive, Greater China

Skills and Experience: Kenneth joined IHG as Chief Executive, Greater China in April 2013. Prior to joining the Group, he has worked for Diageo, one of UK's leading branded companies, for over 20 years and has held senior management positions including serving as Managing Director of Diageo Greater China . Kenneth has extensive management experience, with a background in sales, marketing strategy, business development, and operations. Kenneth also brings to IHG substantial knowledge and expertise in Chinese and international business operations.
Key Responsibilities: These include business development and performance of all the hotel brands and properties in the Greater China region.
Tu Jun – Chief Financial Officer, Greater China
Tu provides financial support in key decision making areas, driving the region's revenue, participating in global finance initiatives, and developing profit maximisation programmes.
Kent Sun – Chief Development Officer, Greater China
Kent oversees the development of properties and organises development initiatives for Greater China. He also improves the growth potential of the region.
Justin Channe – Chief Operating Officer, Greater China
Justin leads the overall strategic direction of hotel operations in Greater China to strengthen the performance of the hotels in the region.
Emily Chang – Chief Commercial Officer, Greater China
Emily is responsible for developing a strategy for Greater China Sales & Marketing with an emphasis on growing the domestic market, and leveraging the IHG system in China.
Raymond Co - Vice President, Human Resources, Greater China
Raymond is responsible for shaping and delivering human resources strategies to support the business plans and objectives for the Group in the region.
Geoffrey Lee – Vice President, Design & Engineering, Greater China
Geoffrey leads hotel design and construction in Greater China and ensures IHG brand standards, operation efficiency, and sustainability are fully implemented.
Joseph Wong – Vice President, Technology Operations, Greater China
Joseph leads the Greater China IT team, responsible for the technology infrastructure in IHG hotels and corporate offices.
Sharon Yang – Vice President, Strategy, Greater China
Sharon provides leadership, support and analysis to develop, execute, and track Greater China's growth strategy.
Lu Haiqing – Vice President, Business Reputation and Responsibility, Greater China
Haiqing is responsible for managing corporate reputation and is in charge of Legal, Public Affairs, Risk Management, Global Internal Auditing, Corporate Responsibilities and Standards. He also oversees the wider Business Reputation and Responsibility agenda, including regulatory compliance and IP strategy for Greater China.
Wang Weiwen – Vice President, Legal, Greater China
Weiwen leads the legal function in Greater China to provide effective legal support to the business.
