Senior Vice President, Human Resources, EMEAA

Tejas Katre is Senior Vice President, Human Resources, EMEAA, based in Denham, UK. 

In this role, Tejas is responsible for shaping the strategic Human Resources agenda for the EMEAA region, covering aspects including leadership development, culture building, talent and performance management and employee relations.

Passionate about people and talent sustainability, Tejas is highly skilled in working with senior leadership to support large scale operating model transformations. He brings with him extensive experience across a range of business models supporting businesses on a strong growth trajectory, to those that have undergone organisational transformations. Tejas joined IHG® from PepsiCo, where he spent 12 years working across regions including Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa and Greater China in senior roles. Prior to this, Tejas was responsible for leading the Sales and Marketing HR agenda in Europe, and the HR integration when PepsiCo acquired Wimm Bill Dann in Russia. 

Prior to joining PepsiCo, Tejas worked at Unilever for over a decade, starting as a Group Management Trainee in Mumbai to taking on the position of Global Reward Director in London.
