At IHG, doing business responsibly is a core part of our culture. It underpins our entire strategy and our commitment to providing True Hospitality for Good.
The IHG Code of Conduct (Code) supports all of us in making the right decisions. It sets out the principles we must all work by at IHG, wherever we are in the world. It also provides guidance on where to go if colleagues are faced with a difficult issue and need further help.
The Code is applicable to all our Directors, officers and employees. It is reviewed and approved annually by the Audit Committee and was last updated in 2017. You can view the Code in different languages below, or click here for an interactive English version.
