Code of Conduct

In IHG, doing business responsibly is part of our DNA. We are committed to operating honestly and upholding the highest ethical standards wherever in the world we operate. This commitment is at the heart of our business and our brands and always has been.

The IHG Code of Conduct supports all of us in making the right decisions. It sets out the principles we must all work by at IHG, wherever we are in the world. The Code of Conduct is applicable to all our Directors, officers and employees.

The Code of Conduct was updated in 2013 and last reviewed and approved by the Audit Committee in December 2015.
