  • IHG Hotels & Resorts was ranked 17th on Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For in the US by Great Place To Work and Fortune.
  • Our Meeting for Good programme was awarded the Gold Medal for Best Sustainability Initiative at Northstar’s 2025 Stella Awards.
  • Marking their fourth consecutive year of recognition, voco hotels, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts and Holiday Inn were again named World’s Leading Premium Hotel Brand, World’s Leading Business Hotel Brand and World’s Leading Budget Hotel Brand at the World Travel Awards.
  • Our Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio earned 54 Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards – eight more hotels than last year.
  • IHG Hotels & Resorts was named Luxury Hotel Brand of the Year at the 2025 REVE Luxury Awards.
  • IHG’s Global Procurement team was honoured with two Trailblazer Awards at ISM World 2025, including recognition for its CoBrand Procurement Solution in Greater China.
  • Accredited as a Mercer Global Best Employer 2025 across 19 countries, including the UK, US, Germany and France, with colleague engagement maintained at 87% in the annual Colleague HeartBeat survey.
  • IHG’s “Marketing Sizzle 2025” campaign was named a winner at the Telly Awards for General Internal Communications.

  • Our Luxury & Lifestyle properties made a big impact at awards ceremonies across the globe, including picking up 14 Michelin Keys and 46 Condè Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards – 15 more hotels than last year!
  • Several IHG brands were recognised at the prestigious Word Travel Awards, including voco hotels for World’s Leading Premium Hotel Brand, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts for World’s Leading Business Hotel Brand, and Holiday Inn for World’s Leading Budget Hotel Brand.
  • IHG was ranked in the top 10 of the Financial Times–Statista Europe’s Diversity Leaders 2025 list for promoting change and creating an inclusive environment.

  • Holiday Inn was ranked the Most Trusted Brand in US Travel and Hospitality by global data intelligence and market research group Morning Consult.
  • In its first full year, IHG One Rewards continued to receive recognition for its industry-leading benefits. It won seven Freddie Awards, including Programme of the Year in Europe and Africa, as well as in the Middle East & Asia/Oceania.
  • IHG was ranked 2nd of 850 companies on the Financial Times Europe’s Diversity Leaders list for promoting change and creating an inclusive environment.
  • Several IHG brands were recognised at the prestigious World Travel Awards, including voco for World’s Leading Premium Hotel Brand, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts for World’s Leading Business Hotel Brand, and Holiday Inn for World’s Leading Budget Hotel Brand.

  • In recognition of the talent we have at IHG, several colleagues won prestigious individual awards. This included Julienne Smith, Chief Development Officer, Americas, who was the recipient of the AHLA Foundation’s 2023 Peggy Berg Castell Award, which highlights women trailblazers who are paving the way for others in the hospitality industry.
  • IHG was officially certified a Great Place To Work and a Great Place To Work For Parents in the US. Forbes also recognised IHG as one of the World’s Best Employers, along with being one of the World’s Top Companies For Women.
  • IHG was named A Best Place to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality – earning a 100% score on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index for the ninth year in the US, and the third in MLAC.
  • IHG was the recipient of several prestigious people accolades in Greater China, including the Top Employer China award for the 11th year running.
