Holiday Inn Express continues expansion in Thailand
Fourth hotel signed is located in the heart of Phuket, along Patong Beach
Singapore, 13 September 2011 - Holiday Inn Express, one of the fastest growing hotel brands in the world, continues its expansion in Thailand with a new signing in Phuket. This marks the brand's debut in Phuket, and also the first Holiday Inn Express in a beach resort location.
The new build hotel will be developed in partnership with owner company, Kebsup Group Co., Ltd. It has an excellent location right in central Patong, only 100 meters from the beach front. Well-known restaurant and night-life entertainment options around the district are only a few minutes walk away. Holiday Inn Express Phuket Patong Beach Central is expected to open by early 2013.

Holiday Inn Express Phuket Patong Beach Central consists of approximately 280 rooms, with facilities as such as the Great Room, a hall mark of the Holiday Inn Express brand which serves as a gathering hub and is also where the daily free breakfast is served. The new hotel will also have meeting rooms, gym and a swimming pool. In addition, guests enjoy free wi-fi throughout the property and can also make use of a self-service business centre and laundry room.

Holiday Inn Express Phuket Patong Beach Central is the fourth development for the brand in Thailand. The first Holiday Inn Express for the country, also the first in Southeast Asia, will open at the end of the year in Bangkok. Two other hotels currently in development are located in Bangkok Sukhumvit and in Pattaya.
