IHG Grows Holiday Inn® Portfolio of Brands in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico
Holiday Inn Express® Hotel is the Newest IHG Property in Hermosillo
HERMOSILLO, Son. – InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), one of the world’s leading hotel companies, today announced the opening of IHG’s third hotel in Hermosillo, Mexico. The 185- room Holiday Inn Express® Hotel & Suites Hermosillo joins two Holiday Inn hotels currently open in the city.

Owned and managed by Posadas Cantabria, S.A. de C.V., the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Hermosillo is franchised by an affiliate of IHG. The property is conveniently located in La Rioja neighborhood at Blvd. Luis Donaldo Colosio 829. The hotel is ideal for both business and leisure travelers as it is close to Sahuaro, one of the most important industrial parks and commercial areas in Hermosillo, and only six minutes away from the General Ignacio Pesqueira International Airport and a short drive to downtown Hermosillo City.
