IHG Loyalty Summits – The Foundations of Loyalty
IHG hosted two Loyalty Summits in 2016 on The Foundations of Loyalty in London and in New York respectively.
Convening some of the most innovative thinkers and experts on brand and consumer behaviour, the IHG Loyalty Summits uncovered new ways in which, amidst a constantly changing consumer landscape, organisations and brands can build lasting customer loyalty. The London Loyalty Summit took place on Wednesday, 19th October and the New York Loyalty Summit took place on Friday, 18th November.
