Instructions for use
Zoom:
- Download and save your favourite pictures from the links above
- In Zoom, find the arrow next to the camera icon and click “choose virtual background” > select the + Icon > Add photo or video > select the image you’d like to use.
- There you have it, a Zoom with a view!
Webex:
- Tap the video camera icon, and then tap Virtual Background.
- Select the + icon to use your own custom background image and then just tap “Apply” to transport yourself.
- Keep in mind, your iOS device must have an A9 processor or above to support virtual background.
Microsoft Teams:
- Download and save your favourite pictures from the links above
- On a PC: Copy and paste the following into the search bar at the bottom left of your screen: %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Teams\Backgrounds\Uploads
- This will open a new folder. Save the images you downloaded into this folder, all images will now be immediately available within Teams
- Within your Teams meeting, click on the ellipsis (...) within the tool bar and select “Show background effects”
- Choose the background you wish to use and click “Apply”
