ATLANTA - March 24, 2022 - IHG Hotels & Resorts welcomes Holiday Inn & Suites Atlanta Perimeter-Dunwoody, the latest addition to the Holiday Inn brand. This recently new-build hotel is in one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in the Atlanta area and is the perfect place to stay for visitors to this business and cultural hub.

Owned by Atlanta Hospitality Investment LLC and operated by YM Hospitality, the hotel features a modern, purposeful design with the brand’s new open lobby design with space for work and socializing. Each of the property’s 143 guestrooms makes guests feel at home with modern yet comfortable living spaces. Every guestroom and suite is also equipped with IHG Studio, allowing visitors to stream their favorite shows from their personal devices on the flatscreen TV.

Guests will find all the comforts they have come to know from Holiday Inn like the “Kids Stay and Eat Free” program, fully equipped fitness center, and a heated indoor pool.

A special highlight of the hotel is its rooftop bar and restaurant, Spice & Sky, with a globally inspired, flavor-filled menu from renowned Atlanta chef, Archna Becker. Against the backdrop of Atlanta’s skyline, Becker will serve familiar comfort foods infused with flavors from across the globe. The space is designed for year-round dining both inside and out with the rooftop deck set to be the city’s next warm-weather dining destination. The property is also the area’s newest event location with 4,500 square feet of space that can accommodate corporate and private events.
