IHG Hotels & Resorts debuts Staybridge Suites in France with first opening in the centre of Cannes

PARIS, FRANCE – December 20, 2023: The picturesque city of Cannes is now home to the very first Staybridge Suites property in France. Staybridge Suites Cannes Centre, represents the introduction of the all-suites hotel to the growing IHG Hotels & Resorts portfolio in France, welcoming guests looking for a more spacious or extended stay experience. It brings a touch of modernity and contemporary style to one of the Riviera's most dynamic cities. Staybridge Suites Cannes Centre brings a new offering to the city with its elevated residential style accommodation.

Located close to the famous Croisette, in a quiet street, Staybridge Suites Cannes Centre complements the destination's hospitality offering by providing a new accommodation alternative, whether it is for leisure stays, family getaways or business trips. Just a five-minute walk from the SNCF train station, and a thirty minutes’ drive from Nice Côte d'Azur airport, its location is ideal for both short and long-term stays.

With their warm and minimalist design, Staybridge Suites Cannes Centre invites guests to rediscover the comfort and independence of residential-style living. All 81 suites feature private balconies, fully equipped kitchens – including hob, dishwasher and coffee machine, walk-in showers and Wi-Fi connection. A hot fresh breakfast is also included as part of each stay, with plenty of variety for those staying long term. 

Staybridge Suites Cannes Centre includes a terrace and garden for relaxation, a fitness room, a 24-hour pantry available to those preferring to cook meals, onsite underground parking for convenience and free laundry facilities.

For business guests, a meeting area with a projection system for a maximum of 10 people is available to guests needing to host meetings onsite. To help unwind after a day of business activities, the hotel organizes Social Happy Hours three times a week to help switch off from business mode and facilitate better leisure time.
