IHG Hotels & Resorts strengthens premium portfolio in NCR with signing of a new Crown Plaza hotel in Gurugram

New Delhi, 08, May, 2025: IHG® Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s leading hotel companies, has announced the signing of a management agreement with KS Propmart Private Limited, part of Devyansh Group, to bring a Crown Plaza hotel to Gurugram Sector 85. Scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2029, the signing further strengthens IHG’s premium portfolio and commitment to the Indian market.

New Gurugram is rapidly emerging as a prime commercial and residential hub, driven by its proximity to Dwarka Expressway, Delhi International Airport, and Yashobhoomi Convention Centre. The area is witnessing significant infrastructure growth, with upcoming projects such as Vision City in Sector 88 and a proposed international sports stadium further boosting demand for premium hospitality.

Located near major commercial and residential hubs, Crowne Plaza Gurgaon Sector 85 will be designed to meet the city’s growing demand for corporate and social events. The hotel will feature one of Gurugram’s largest MICE facilities, making it a sought-after destination for business travellers and event organizers. Once operational, Crown Plaza Gurugram Sector 85 will offer 210 modern and well-appointed rooms, four diverse dining options—including a specialty restaurant, an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby lounge, and a pool bar—along with seven versatile meetings and events spaces, including a ballroom. Guests will have access to exclusive amenities such as a Club Lounge, pool, fitness center, and spa, ensuring a seamless stay experience. The hotel will also offer 150 parking spaces and a dedicated retail section, enhancing convenience for both business and leisure travellers.
