20 July 2026, Beijing – Holiday Inn, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, recently hosted its Hotel Owner Forum & Signing Ceremony in Beijing, announcing the signing of 24 new hotels across Greater China.

Spanning key cities and regional markets, the newly signed hotels will serve a broad range of travel needs, including business travel, family stays, leisure getaways and extended stays. The milestone reflects Holiday Inn’s continued ability to adapt its offering across different market segments and investment scenarios, further reinforcing the brand’s growth potential in Greater China.

The portfolio includes projects such as Holiday Inn NECC Shanghai, positioned to capture business and MICE demand through its strategic location near the National Exhibition and Convention Center; Holiday Inn Shanghai Caohejing, located in a major high-tech industry cluster, enhancing the brand's business market presence.

Holiday Inn Beijing Haidian Xibeiwang, catering to both business and leisure travellers in a well-connected urban area; and Holiday Inn Shenzhen Dapeng Jiaochangwei, expanding the brand's presence in destination leisure markets through its coastal location.
