IHG Hotels & Resorts signs Holiday Inn Sriperumbudur in the State of Tamil Nadu

India, 22 April 2026:  IHG® Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s leading hotel companies, has announced the signing of a management agreement with Thanishq Grande Hotels & Resorts for the development of Holiday Inn Sriperumbudur. Scheduled to open in Q1 2029, the hotel will further strengthen IHG’s presence in Tamil Nadu and reinforce its focus on high-growth industrial and commercial markets across India.

As one of IHG’s most recognised brands globally and in India, Holiday Inn Hotels & Resorts focuses on delivering warm and dependable service that helps guests make the most of their travels. With a service philosophy rooted in creating brighter stays and meaningful experiences, the brand continues to meet the evolving needs of modern travellers across business and leisure segments.

Located in Sriperumbudur, a key hub for industrial as well as historic and religious sites, the 200-key hotel is positioned to cater to strong corporate, spiritual, and transit demand. The hotel will feature well-appointed standard rooms and suites, three dining options along with a ballroom, swimming pool and fitness centre, offering well-rounded stays for travellers.
