05.10.2026 (London): IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG), one of the world’s leading hotel companies, has today announced the appointment of Rozenn Lavaur Fournier as Director of Development for Greece and Cyprus.

Rozenn will lead IHG’s development activity across Greece and Cyprus, expanding the company’s presence across a diverse portfolio, from Luxury & Lifestyle destinations to trusted Premium and Essential brands. Her appointment reflects IHG’s continued focus on Southern Europe and its ambition to grow in these strategic hospitality markets.

Rozenn brings extensive hotel development experience and a deep understanding of the Southern European market. She has previously held senior roles with Dolce Hotels & Resorts and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Accor, United Hospitality Management and Sophos Hotels. Her experience includes launching and scaling hotel operations, developing market-entry strategies, sourcing and evaluating projects, and negotiating franchise and management agreements across France, Iberia, Greece and the wider Southern European region.

Its wider portfolio spans Premium and Essential brands, with hotels including Crowne Plaza Athens – City Centre and Holiday Inn Thessaloniki in Greece, and Crowne Plaza Limassol in Cyprus.

IHG has seven open hotels and a further three in the pipeline in Greece, alongside two open hotels and three in the development pipeline in Cyprus. This footprint provides a platform for further expansion across established and emerging destinations in both markets.

Hylko Versteeg, Head of Development Southern Europe, IHG Hotels & Resorts, said: “It is a pleasure to welcome Rozenn to IHG. She brings a strong combination of hotel development expertise, in-depth knowledge of Greece, Cyprus and the wider Southern European market, and a clear focus on owners and investors.
