We are working with innovative partners to ensure our hotels have a range of sustainable solutions and are proud to see them use these collaborations to source responsibly. For example, Holiday Inn Express hotels in the US are assessing their options to transition to bulk condiments and alternative packaging in the Express Start Breakfast, driving the reduction of unnecessary plastic packaging. This initiative will also help our efforts to minimise food going to waste with bulk packaging allowing guests to control the quantity they use and reduce excess portions.
